A paper promotion book shows potential customers the types of papers and sometimes finishes the company offers. Often times the paper promotion book is paired with a subject to complement the paper and finishes. After choosing a paper company to create a paper promotion book, pick a company to be the content of the book. The book design should follow the branding of the content company while showcasing different paper types and finishes.

Initial Look & Revisions



Revisions
When beginning the revision process, I re-evaluated the company and brand, Lamborghini. I felt the book was good but could be even more successful by making edits to the type treatment. I changed the header and sub-header to different weights of Acumin to give it a more masculine, sophisticated, sporty feeling. This slight adjustment in typeface paired nicely with the pre-existing Caslon body typeface.
Another revision I made was the section divider page. Initially, a full spread image of the car
model was divided by a black page with black foil. The first step was removing that black page, then was re-designing the spread that remained. I kept with the angular theme but reversed the white space. I moved the white space to the bottom left corner and placed the image in the remaining space. The white space now held the section divider information, title, and body copy.
